why is it always such a half-a** job on getting tix through GT?

I drop a couple hundred $$'s I expect at a MINIMUM an email stating your tix are confirmed and will be at will call.

I call someone and his response is "everyone got tix and everything is ok" :pat:

Why is it EVERYTHING else I purchase I can get a receipt?

I did get the guy to login and he stated that everything went through ok. So I guess if there is a problem I can say I talked to "some guy" and he stated everything was ok.
 
I've got one better!!! I just returned from the Cartersville Fed Ex depot. The GTAA got my address wrong. The only way for me to get the 8 tickets I purchased was to get them myself. I realize they didn't have that much time to plan...BUT DANG!
 
D RAD needs to hear this, and don't count on him tuning into StingTalk although it is pretty clear that he has someone purusing the internet boards.

He is all about customer service. After everyone in the Edge building has a Merry Christmas, I think he will have "some new ideas" about some departments when Jan 2007 rolls around.
