Why was Georgia Tech not offered a cameo?

Woo-hoo! I like the San Diego State cameo! It's in the game. Come on, you know what I want...
 
It looks like these were shot last season.
So....
We probably said no, or they didn't ask.
Because....
the Stadium Exterior wasn't finished.

Besides, none of our girls look as good as the ones from San Diego State.
 
Can't wait for NCAA 04 so I can boot Gailey become coach, start Bilbo and lead us to the National Championship!
