Will Miami's minds be rite after such an emotional win?

All I know is their knees won't be rite after next Saturday
 
You guys couldn't have a better situation. Every intangible is in GT's favor except home field. Miami is pretty good, but coming off a very physical and emotional game with not much rest. GT has extra rest, getting people healthy. Miami will be made the favorite but I bet the line goes down to even in record time. I'm wondering if Richt still does what he did in Athens--practice against the TO all year. If not, he's in big trouble.
 
An aside...but how can you stomach sitting through a whole UGAy football game? I feel like I'm watching Wisconsin South. All they do is run power all game and play defense. Boring AF.

He probably does under normal situations, but I think the hurricanes and game shuffling have thrown everything off. We got a bunch of help from having their extra week against us removed. Add in the injuries sustained in this game, and about the only thing going is the home field advantage. We’ve also statistically had good games against them recently outside of last years scoop and scores. I like our odds.

I agree with this. Plus, he got GT at the end of the season, giving plenty of time to work in extra drills against the TO. This game is at midseason with a lot of lost time. If he can manage a victory over Tech it will be much more impressive than beating FSU just due to the circumstances.

I dunno, I'd take a dominating win any way and not be bored. Boring is a 13-7 Chan Gailey style win over 0-8 Duke or some other also ran. My God, Gailey coached teams were like watching paint dry.
 
I have a good vibe for this game. Timing could not be better. If we can't settle up with Miami now, not sure when.
 
Extra time doesn't matter against GT. Give Tennessee an extra month and we probably run for 700+
