It's possible that that BCS, coaches poll, and AP poll all have different #1s at the end of the season. If a two loss team beats a one loss team in the BCS NC, this could be especially true.

I think if Ohio State wins, there won't be a split controversy.

If the AP doesn't agree with the BCS #2, then we'll see a split.
