Interesting....from watching the game I kind of assumed our offenses were about equal.

BC had 27 more yards on us, with an extra 7.5 minutes of possession.

2.9 YPC for BC(on 41 attempts), 4.9 for us(on 40 attempts)


We did have 76 yards in penalties though, and obviously the fumbles...ouch.

True, but compared to the officiating of last year's BC game I was quite pleased.

The difference: our offense made the big plays.

Take the 3 best plays away from both teams and we'd have been completely boned.

The numbers are similar, but the standard deviation of our data points was much wider.

that's exactly what PJ's offense is about. When somebody makes a mistake, you get a big payoff. We will see that all season.

Another thing we will see is our offense holding the ball to finish the game!
