You are overqualified to go to Cincinnati. No chance. They and Louisville are desparate and starting their own rumors. They belong in the Metro/C-USA/Big East conference.

It's good if you don't think of it as chili. I actually prefer putting my own chili on spaghetti. Just don't do raw onions an hour before getting on the plane.

Also a very cool steam cogen facility in N Kentucky nearby. Turbine hall is so long you lose the end of it as the earth curves away. Three boilers, mass burn, concentric ring and fluidized bed boiler all lined up like pretty little maidens...

Yea, I'm kind of out there in no man's land when it comes to regions of the country. It has all the corruption and lunacy of the tri-state area, but none of the good food. It also has all the fat, NFL-worshipping slobs of the Mid-west, complete with all the white bread tastes. Basically, this place sucks.

It's Gold Star, and it's kinda of considered the little brother of Skyline. The best Cincinnati chili places though are the small neighborhood ones. Mmmm
