The ACC bowl schedule kicks off tonight with Duke facing Cincinnati. I'd like to see a stadium full of Duke fans and an emotional win for the ACC, but I'm thinking they will let us down.

There aren't enough Duke fans in the world to fill up that stadium.

Palmer compared Renfree to Matt Shaub in his douchebag preview of this game....I about kicked a hole in my TV

Duke sold like 35,000 tickets...

It's the perfect bowl game for them. It's only about a 3-1/2 hour drive and they have many alum in the Charlotte area. They used to bring a lot of fans when the ACC basketball tournament was there. They can work half of a day and only need one night in a hotel or if they wanted, could drive home.

refree is that bad?

LOL, my point is I don't care how good or bad a Duke QB is, who no one has ever heard of outside of GT and Duke, don't compare his ass to a starting NFL QB just to spice your douchey ESPN preview of a crappy bowl game up...

That would be shocking because they averaged 27k a game this year with the high being UNC game with 33k....and of course UNC brought a lot to that game.

The next highest was the home opener with Miami at 31k.

On second thought....a lot of alum's may have bought tickets to donate just to support the Duke football program....that could get you to 35k also.

Or they have a lot of alums in the Charlotte area who don't normally go to games at Duke.
