It was pretty funny.
I'll admit, it wouldn't be near as funny if VT didn't cry and wail about it on TV every freaking time they're trying to play football, as if the shooting had anything whatsoever to do with football, which it didn't. But because there was a shooting, ESPN has to do a montage every year before they play every öööö home game talking about how the students were soooo strong and soooo brave to get over it, and how that's supposed to mean everyone should root for VT.
Well stuff it. Seriously. There was a carjacking on Techwood Drive my freshman year and nobody cried Georgia Tech a river on national TV. Similar things happen all over the country, and they don't continually try and derive football motivation from them.
The Fleshlight tweeting about 9-11 to drive web traffic to their masturbation sleeve sales website is more intellectually honest than VPISU.
