Leave the SEC bias out of it, how do you think the polls SHOULD end up tonight?

Mine(now this took me 2 minutes so prob made some mistakes, don't judge):

1. MSU
2. FSU
3. Oregon
4. Bama
5. Baylor
6. ASU
7. TCU
8. Ohio St
9. Neb
10. Ole Miss
11. Mich St
12. KSU
13. Aub
14. UCLA
15. Zona
16. ND
17. UGA
18. Clem
19. Duke
20. GT
21. Wisc
22. LSU
23, Marshall
24. Utah
25. Colorado State

Thoughts? I hate keeping LSU and Utah still in there, but who else deserves to be in the top 25?

- I don't see the committee dropping TCU below Baylor, even though that is the conventional wisdom right now.
- I don't see LSU falling that far either based on how they ranked WVU before their most recent loss.
- I don't think they add Marshall and CSU yet. Committee has shown no love for small potatoes and I doubt they start now.

I think we will be 22, with LSU and Wisc ahead of us.

If TCU isn't 4, I'm going to throw a fit. It'll be very bigcryable.

Then Baylor #3? Come on, head-2-head has to mean something. Now, I understand in certain cases like Ohio State/VT , UGA/UF, etc it really has no meaning BUT when it's 2 one-loss teams with similar resumes head to head has to at least be one of the factors.

Ppl öööö on Baylor's OOC schedule, who the hell did TCU play?

Minnesota, not much but more than Baylor. Also TCU crushed K St, which in the committees eyes may say that they are higher this week. Baylor still has the chance to achieve the same.

Miami might squeek in. DRad obviously has the committee drinking the ACC kool-aid

They only managed to win against TCU by 3, after a pass interference penalty brought them to within field goal range as the last seconds ticked off the clock. TCU led that game for all but 11 seconds in the second quarter when Baylor tied it at 24. When a head to head win is that threadbare, you can't use it as justification to concretely place one team over the other. Baylor is in the conversation because of it, but it doesn't make them the automatic winner.

So I look at Baylor's loss. They got dominated by WVU. Outgained by 150 yards (held to 318), ended up losing by 2 TDs despite being +3 in turnover margin. TCU doesn't have a mark like that on their resume. Their performance against WVU was much better, and they just finished dominating a dominant Kansas State team.

At the end of the day we can weasel the numbers to make any point we want, it's basically politics, but IMO TCU is the stronger team of the two and is good enough to be #4 over Baylor and Alabama both.

We are 22. Georgia gained 5 spots beating kentucky. Clemson is 19. Baylor is 7.

Thes rankings are such a joke. aTm? Really? The SEC bias is worse now then it was before

The precedent is set that wins and losses don't matter....looks like HOW you win is more important. Sad day for CFB.

Not sure why Wisonsin jumped so much. An 18 point win at Purdue is not as good as our win at NCST

TCU vs. Baylor is going to be weird if both teams win last 3 games (which they should). TCU higher ranked, but they lost to Baylor.

Give CFP 2-3 years and it will be blown up. The BCS was better than this.

I don't think the committee knows what to do with us because we keep collecting turnovers while rolling huge margins. None of them probably watch our games so the stat sheet makes no sense.
