Nine wins -- that's the number to get a contract extension.
.MBob will manage to run him off. No faith in our AD.

It appears my source was correct.
makes absolutely no difference. people that are abused by mutts daily in the real world are a strange lot... they hang their entire existence on one game that doesn't even affect our conference championship...
it's an important game, but not as important as ACCCG Win and Bowl Win and do we really want kids that think an out of conference regular season game is more important than winning a championship or bowl game?
This is true. I hate Georgie, but they don't make or break our season. Quite frankly, they are beneath us.
PJ has repeatedly said he doesn't want to be coaching in his grave. If we offered him a 6-7 year deal with the option to extend for two years, that would probably cover him. He's 57. I doubt he wants to coach past 65.
We could make this the last place he'll coach without having to sign another Hewitt deal.
It appears you forgot to post what you heard because I don't see where you posted anything.
And my source knew about it before your source did.

I'm down for that.... when was the last time a coach just flat out retired, and wasn't run out of town?? Think of the turmoil (and the dollas) that could be avoided. Coach in waiting for 2 years to ease the transition (cough cough MONKEN)
The Swarm is reporting that CPJ has an extension offer and "he got everything he wanted."
