CFP will find a way to marginalize our win. It sucks but it's the way of things. I'm feeling like 11.

The ACC has beaten many league champions and just posted a 4-0 day against the SEC it has proven to be one of the best conferences this season and nits coastal champions at 6-2 in conference knocked off a top tier SEC team on the road.

For the last 4 weeks of conference play GT won its games by 20.

GTs only losses are to a 9-3 Duke team, and a 6-6 UNC team on the road on on a TD with :16 seconds left.

If this isn't top 10 material. I just give up.

The PAC XII and Big Ten have not looked as impressive as the ACC OOC.

The Pac 12 is 8-3 vs Power 5 OOC opponents this year. For comparison, the ACC is 10-7

Funny I just posted that we should be ahead quite a few teams now. As a minimum we should move up to #7 or 8. If this BS SEC stuff continues however, I hope there is an uproar against the committee, et al.

I can't wait to see if SECSPN and the committee is going to be legitimate or not.

Please check the PAC XIIs victories and see the records of the opponents.

Then recal UCLA beat UVA by 8 by scoring 3 defensive TDs.

And the BC beat Southern Cal.

I will say this: Oregon is very good. But Oregon has also obliterated the rest of the PAC XII save Arizona.

Also that Power 5 includes 2 ND wins and I think if ND played 2 of the PAC XII's worst teams like they're contractually obligated to do with the ACC they might have had a couple more losses.

And don't forget the official SECSPN narrative.

SEC West = Elite
SEC East = Weak

All of the ACC's victories were against SEC East. So that won't carry as much weight as the SEC West's victories (assuming Auburn win and the Ole Miss win).

If Auburn wins, they will most likely stay ahead of us.

I think we'll be #12 if they win, and #11 if they lose.

Yea, but, if:
* Auburn holds and Bama is gone,
* Miss St is gone, thus SEC is gone, and
* OSU (new QB) loses to Wisconsin (doable), and
* Oregon loses to Arizona (doable), and
* We defeat the only undefeated/untied team (FSU),

Who are the 4 CFB teams? Does a team with late season wins over Clemson, uga, and FSU catch anyone's attention?

It will be very interesting.

You will see Oregon, two Big XII's and, MIZZOU I think in that instance (if MIZZOU wins SEC) and the world WILL have noticed us and the world will burn.

We play Ohio State in Orange bowl.

We should easily be 11 or 12 depending on bama

Bama 11-1
Oregon 11-1
FSU 12-0

TCU 10-1
Ohio st 11-1
Baylor 10-1

Miss. St. 10-2
Michigan St. 10-2
Arizona 10-2

K. St. 9-2
Georgia Tech 10-2

I believe we are better than MSST and Zona. I just can't envision us overcoming preseason prejudices.

Committee looks at game control, decides uga would've won if not for two fumbles. Uga moves up to #4. We drop out.

They controlled the game incredibly well for 59:42. Only 18 seconds of poor control.

Definitely playoff worthy.

If Miss St is ahead of us, I am going to kick a committee official's butt. The Big Ten is weak, so we should jump Mich St and K St lost to Aub who lost to UGA who lost to us at home.

That bull**** play will probably hurt us a little. Instead of the dominating win that it was, the committee will only see that we squeaked by UGA in overtime. This is why margin of victory and "game control" are bull****.
