Greatest game of Clean Old Fashioned Hate?

Best game I've ever been to. I've only been a fan since 06, but öööö, what a great game.
 
I like how our best defense was against the best SEC offense.

Says a lot about that conference.

Best Tech-Georgia game in my lifetime, yes. The only thing close is 1999, 2008 after that. Both of those are very special but neither of them - no, not Sanks' fumble in 1999 or our second half comeback in 2008 - were as unbelievable as this win today after what our guys fought back through. I'm still in shock.

I was the one with the 2008 DVD. I'd have to see if I still have the ISO laying around somewhere. May do that again this year.

I can't think of a greater game -at least in my lifetime- for GT vs UGA. 1984, the 35-18 ass whooping we put on Dooley's Dawgs will always have a special place in my heart ...I sat in club level at Sanford Stadium for my first "I was there" victory over UGA (after losing 27-24 at Grant Field in '83). But this will go down as a truly special game ...right now it's the best!

I know I'll get a mind= notrite, but thanks for coming over and posting. Great game for both teams. Neither team really played poorly... Was a great trip to Athens and I look forward to next year and the next trip to Athens.

It's on YouTube. Both the TV guys and Wes Durham. Am leery of posting the Wes Durham copy because of copywrite concerns and I don't want the rest of it to come crashing down. I'll be glad to post the 2008 game in it's entirety for you.

Gotta be honest, when I say the words "You guys" in the post and then "dawg" in the name, I was about ready to report because I was sure it would be some crap and excuses. But that is a very classy post, very well said. Don't even think I could have posted that if we had lost today, even though both teams played well. Thanks for posting!
 
Have been watching, listening to, or attending in person 57 Tech-Georgia games since I was 8 yars old. This one was THE BEST in my humble opinion. Upon considerable non-sober reflection since the game ended several hours ago, this game has to be considered among the best football games Ilve ever seen...on any level. Certainly, it's in the top three or four Go Jackets..

I agree. I cant remember a game where I thought we won, then lost, then won, then lost, then finally won on the last play. That was spectacular drama and to any college football fan who watched that game, I ask only one question: "Are you not entertained?!"
