Don't know if this is real but they are actually praising us and saying we are a dark horse for a national title next year.

That's absurd, we're a white and gold horse. A Navy blue horse at darkest.

Only if we get a couple of stud DL who can play immediately.

Like Whitehead and Hunt-Days?.....Freeman returns, Gotsis returns, and Gamble returns.

Maybe Kallon will be serviceable next year.

Anthony Harrell has been very good on ST's this year. Might we see him move into the 2 deep at LB next year?

How does that ship sail before he's done playing?

He hasn't cracked the depth chart at all so far, so it doesn't seem likely that he is going to become better than players we already have or more likely will recruit in the next two years at this point.

Impact players come on as freshmen or redshirt freshmen. They don't come on as RS Juniors and Srs.

He is the #2 NT on the 2-deep at the link I posted above...

But he definitely hasn't played much or had his number called much.

Most of OL and JT are back. Reloading at other skill positions....

Isn't most of our offense besides JT gone?

the "rest" offense are "bit" players

without our 2 best bit players (smelter and snoddy) we played our best football (ugag, f$u, msu)

not trying to be mean...just talking reality

What you mean to say is that the rest of the offense are "system" players. And CPJ has shown that he knows how to recruit the players for his system.

The key to the system is QB play, and I firmly believe now that JT is better than any QB that Bama had on their sideline this year.

Well I'm sure it would be unreasonable to expect him to be a superstar, but with two years left it seems very premature to rule him out as a contributor of any kind. The kid has measurables.

Re: Roof Interview

He said that practicing against our offense had a role in making us tough against the run.
