The O-line made it look like we had Ball out there today. Fify

meh. He floated a few easy passes 10 feet over open people's heads.

He's completely regressed all season. Looks like a glorified RB now. And not that great at doing that either.

He has been pressing all year, trying to do too much. He had no confidence in his teammates and it showed all year.

For all the talk about sewak, our QB did not play well at times and our B backs screwed up all season long. So why not heat on coach Cook?

Because Sewak has failed from the beginning. Our B backs have been good most years. Even CPJ has said that our offensive line sucked last year when we were good.

Our B-backs were all first year players who weren't familiar with the system. Both the B-backs projected as starters went out with injuries before the season started; so I think that's the reason nobody is ready to burn him at the stake.

I also think the reason CPJ didn't take a hands on approach with the OL is that he was already full with new A-backs, B-backs, QB, and WR. There were just too many issues on offense this year for him to personally coach the OL.

If Paul can't fire Sewak, M. Bob should do it himself. This öööö is ööööing ridiculous. I've never been so frustrated watching our offense in my life. I'd take Chan and Reggie over this. öööö.

Try LOTS of sleeping pills, ok?

He proved it takes more than a superstar at QB to win consistently.

Obviously I don't actually want Reggie or Chan back, but christ, I'd rather have a competent O-Line and Reggie than a paper O-line and JT running for his life every play. We've seen that at least the former can get us into a shitty bowl.

I love Justin Thomas and believe in Paul Johnson, but if we have to go into another season with Sewak on our payroll, I will have a hard time being optimistic. That's all I'm saying.

And if anyone gives me that "Sewak was coach when we won the Orange Bowl," might I turn your attention to coaches by the names of Gene Chizik and Larry Coker. I don't think anyone's thinking that in this thread, but it usually seems to come up at some point.

B-back wasn't a big issue.

B-back wasn't a big issue.

It wasn't a strength. There were enough missed assignments there to cost some guys the starting role. But I was mainly responding to a poster wondering why the focus was on Sewak and not some of the other assistants.

Doing just what the loser HC wants.

As much as anything I can not get the image out of my mind of one of our lineman running past 3 gaggers on a run play today and he did not attempt to touch, JUST FREAKING TOUCH, one of them.

Next level my ass.

Our QB was running for his life all season. Yes, he had a few bonehead plays but for the majority of the season he was running for his life. Our BB's were all first year starters. Our OL has sucked for years, and was unconscionably, unabashedly horrible with an ungodly number of unredeemable qualities. AND it was supposed to be a strength this season. Sewak needs to be flogged and fired in no uncertain terms.

But if I know PJ, he will just say we will be better next year, and not make any serious changes.
