Well, I'm with BOR on this one.
Really. You're with BOR. I don't know that I'd admit that publicly man.

Well, I'm with BOR on this one. If our team performs good or bad because of anything that is said on this or any other board then it's time for new leadership. And I can d$%^ well say that with 100% certainty!
I don't know about that. NFL players don't exactly line up to play for Philadelphia because of how much they boo their own players. If our fanbase, for example, consisted of only BuzzOffers, I'm not sure I would play for GT either.
My rule usually is not to say what you couldn't see a coach saying about one of the players. Pat Clark may not be a great corner, but I'm not just gonna start yelling "Pat Clark sucks!"

No need for you to yell "Pat Clark sucks!" The crowd in my living room on Saturday's says it enough for all u stingtalkers. Just leave it up to us.
By the way.......Pat Clark sucks!
Really does it matter? I like conversation regarding both this upcoming game and out last game negative or positive. My posts, your posts, mm42's posts, refrigeratormover's posts, etc. have no influence on the team's preparations. If they did, I would think we probably need new leadership.
No offense intended, but posts like this always baffle me. "WE" don't control squat. The people on this message board or any other message board do not control the destiny of our football team and the impending results. To believe such is to place more than just a vested emotional interest into something you or I have no control over. There is a fine line between emotional interest and believing in a false sense of control which leads to empty feelings of entitlement. Getting emotional about your team is one thing. Getting emotional about your team because you think you are entitled to a specific result is another.
Yes, lets cheer for them to do so, but in the meantime, lets not fool ourselves into thinking what is said on this board or any other has any direction with which our football team performs.
Good for you but I can tell you right now that Pat Clark doesn't give a rat's a$$ what you think about him.
Eh, maybe not. But I'll still say that if he tried his best, I can't really have a problem with him. The problem may be with the coaches for not recruiting somebody better or coaching him better.
And still, I doubt you've been in the position where thousands of people think you suck. Maybe Pat's a paragon of stoicism and really doesn't care about what we think. For most humans, though, they typically care about what other people think about them.
I think it's pretty pansy to always have discussions about which board is better.
Really, I played football at Georgia Southern pal and I didn't care what people thought about me. I had a job to do and I did it. Didn't matter to me what the fans thought.
Anything else you wanna add?
Hey!!!
Not only GO JACKETS!!!!
Also GO (GSU) EAGLES!!!!
StingTalk is clearly better because it's the only one I can access from work.I think it's pretty pansy to always have discussions about which board is better.

So then a couple hundred thought you sucked?:laugher:
When did you play tj? I grew up on GSU football as a kid - my dad went there and I don't think he's ever missed a home game in the modern era. Certainly have some fond memories of the many glory days at Paulson Stadium.
