I tore into my UVA ticket as well. Had no idea they were the tickets, because who the öööö would package and ship printed football tickets in a bag?

Clarification: I'm not butthurt that my tickets are creased, it's what they will look like after the game anyway.
I'm butthurt that I donate to a program that can't package tickets correctly, even after I've paid them to package them correctly, and I'm butthurt that this is only one of the many things that the GTAA is terrible at. This is more of a concise, illuminating example rather than a big deal in and of itself.
