That was the frosting on the cake. Very few calls went our way that game and most of the calls against us were ticky tack. There was a reason the officials were booed as they left the field for halftime.

gespacho may have a link to the game somewhere. Watch it again and let me know what you think.

Is that the lightning game? I think that is one of the only games I have ever left early, if so.

The only other game I remember leaving early was UCONN when Gailey was coach and that was because UCONN sucked, were beaten down, and it was wet and damn cold outside. Couldn't feel my feet when I got up to walk out of the stadium.

I remember booing and being hot and miserable and figuring someone had paid off the refs and that I just wanted to go home before I went to jail (this is a true story). It was a surreal game. It was almost like going to a spring game or something. Is that even us out there?
It was worse than Wake in 2002 and that was horrible. Wake ran 90+ offensive plays to our 50 offensive plays. Our leading rusher didn't even have 50 yards. It was a nightmare, but the Duke game was still worse because the refs helped them. Wake just death marched us before I even knew what a death march was.

I'll believe it when I see it. I think the UNC women's basketball team will be the sacrificial lamb here. However, if by some crazy chance a few banners in the Smith Center come down I will love to see Ole Huckleberry's reaction.

A Penn State fan would argue that raping children gave them no competitive or recruiting advantage so it should not be the business of the NCAA, but rather it is a criminal matter that should be handled by the police.

I say lack of institutional control.

That was a criminal case. Pretty much everyone involved is in jail or dead. No need to wreck the lives of countless people because of the sick actions or inaction of a few.
