Same guy as the rest of the olinemen for the past 10 years. Obviously Sewak's coaching only works for NFL caliber linemen.
Good point. Say, how did Shaq get to be NFL caliber anyway?

I see what you did there. You just don't like Sewak. How did Lebron get to be NBA caliber?
1 guy in 10 years definitely says Sewak coaches players to NFL caliber right?
CPJ said on his radio show, can’t remember if 2015 or 16, that the 2014 OL play was not that good.
I guess they jelled in last 3 games pretty well, but got to believe JT was a much bigger factor.
But, crap, is there any chance within the next quarter century we might be able to talk about football success without talking about 2014?
Dunno, lots of folks talk about GT in the 1950's like it is something the next coach can bring back. But, crap, is there any chance within the next quarter century we might be able to talk about football success without talking about 2014?
No, but I always find it silly when CFB fans make arguments about something sucking by ignoring the best part of it. There's plenty of ammo against Sewak to say he isn't doing a good job, so much of it, in my opinion, that we shouldn't need to ignore his successes to make the point. Other than that I'm just being pedantic, and trolling lazily.
We beat UGA in 2016 and won our bowl, may Mark Stoops bigcry at midfield forever. 9 Wins with UGA in there is success.

If you even allow for the rest of Dodd's career, it appears that we will be hearing about 2014 for another half century.
This guy is lightly recruited.
Let's hope the staff knows something no one else knows!
And 2014 is still the main topic of conversation.
Actually a 31-game undefeated streak. There were some ties in there.Truth - but 8 SRAIGHT over ugag and a 52 (or however long it was) game win streak is hard to ignore. And that wasnt an ACC schedule.
Evaluating one person in a collective enterprise of 100 people is hard, especially when we have access to so little of the relevant info. The arguments for/against Sewak are pretty much the same as the arguments for/against CPJ. Scheme, recruiting, inconsistency, blah blah blah. Take a coach with decades of track record good and bad, and say it's "obvious"...!Lol I never thought I'd be defending the fact that Sewak sucks. Y'all must have a really short term memory.
I would take this ANY YEAR.We beat UGA in 2016 and won our bowl, may Mark Stoops bigcry at midfield forever. 9 Wins with UGA in there is success.

So what sort of data can we look at to see if this is true? Yards per carry? Sacks allowed? Seriously, point me out some stats to look at so I can compare Tech to other teams. In 10 years of CPJ, our OLine has been consistently bad.
