Monken and Army ranked #22

What poll hoss? Receiving very few votes. GA Southern has more votes but not in either.

I don't know what retarded poll I was reading. That's what I get for following Facebook links. Disregard.

Monken is still better than Johnson.

1) No they aren't ranked, and no they aren't running anything better than us.

2) Their offense is really good this year, just like ours. Monken is doing a damn good job outscoring teams since their defense will never have the athletes to compete even with G5 teams. I would absolutely want to interview him when CPJ leaves.

3) FWIW, Kennesaw State (coached by Brian Bohannon) is 7-1 and ranked #2 in the FCS. They are averaging 51 ööööing points per game against FCS competition.

The CPJ tree (especially former GT coaches) is really thriving right now, despite haters' efforts to claim that it's past its prime. It's pretty clear that it isn't "figured out" just like it wasn't "figured out" back in 2008 when UNC found the blueprint.

Have you actually watched KSU play? Those scores are more an indication of their opponents' lack of talent than they are exceptional coaching.

I welcome any coach that arrange for his opponents to have worse talent than he has.
I'm pretty sure Paul Johnson has lobbied to try to play an easier OOC schedule because the ACC is hard enough. I don't remember that comment being taken well on this board. Regardless, KSU is playing teams that, comparatively speaking, would be like us playing Bowling Green's schedule.

Are you suggesting that Kennesaw State just fielded a program 3 years ago and now somehow has an inherent talent advantage that negates quality coaching? Not to mention, B0hannon has been the coach since the beginning.

I don't care who your opponents are. 51 ppg against same-level opponents is ridiculous. North Dakota State has had unprecedented dominance at the FCS level, and they only averaged 34 ppg with a senior Carson Wentz at QB on the way to a national title.

You took a break from talking about our chances of winning the coastal to tout the qualifications of bohannon. I'll ask again: have you ever even seen a KSU game?
