Lew is an amazing S&C Coach. I’d put him up there with Ed Ellis and Scott Sinclair, all three were my coach at one point.
Lew and Sinclair/Ellis both raised my lifts ~75lbs while working with them.

Holy öööö. We really are seeing a new era.
