UNC practicing with beeping football

This actually sounds like a cool idea... the kind of innovative approach CGC would be happy to try. And I'm more worried about the 'sleeping giant' than most... sad but true fact that UNC has won the Coastal more recently than we have.

Using technology to try to improve your football team is retarded. Good coaches know that the path to improvement is smooth slogans like ProTECH and Serve.

Joking aside though, this doesn't seem like a bad idea at all. Gives in-the-moment feedback as opposed to just coaches teaching after the fact.

The best way to tell if they’re carrying the ball correctly is if they don’t fumble. This sounds like technology in search for an application.

Well I want to make fun of UNC too, but your method is reactive while this is proactive and proactive is almost always better than reactive.

Or, perhaps they should have died small boys rather than fumble the ball.

Thanks for the analysis and quantifying your posture towards UNC. I’m sure the beeping football is a lovely idea.

He still recruits too well. Time will tell.

As for the beeping football, it would work better if it gave the player an electric shock instead.
It should be easy to recruit at UNCheat since you can do anything with the blessing of the administration and the NCAA will ignore it.

Well, in golf, I guess stuff like this works for the pros, but everyone I know who tries these electronic teaching devices immediately turns into a basket case. Want to really ruin your game, start thinking about spin rate, angle of attack, lag, etc.

Good point. And I wouldn’t want to hear a beep during my swing unless I did something wrong. Their mind will be on the beep to the exclusion of everything else.

Hopefully in game they’ll stop running hard wondering where the bleeping football is....
