When did we last have a player from Riverwood? Program has had a lot of turmoil the past few years - had a few OK seasons but something like four head coaches in the last 5 years. Robert Edwards, the former dwag RB , took over last season and did a nice job righting the ship - 8-2, lost to Carrollton in first round of playoffs. Program seems to be headed in a good direction. Former dwag/NFL'er Marcus Stroud is on staff, and Edwards enlisted Hines Ward and Champ Bailey to lend some token involvement helping with the team. So lots of dwags. BUT - Big Play Willie Clay is Riverwood's Defensive Coordinator. Rashaad Reid is also one of the Riverwood Junior Raider coaches - not sure if he ever coached Kyle.
