Just received my season tickets. They were shipped in a soft sided envelope, not the normal document envelope, and arrived bent and creased.

Anyone else have the same problem?

I am really disappointed by the apparent lack of care.

Got my season tickets yesterday. No toy surprise this time like coasters, a flag, or a clear bag. At least they weren’t creased.
