He was a one man wrecking crew last night and looks to be a breakout star for the Jacksonville Jaguars.

He was the seventh pick in the recent NFL draft.

What does this have to do with Tech?

Nothing, except he was a 2 star prospect coming out of high school.

We've got 2 star prospects. Let's git'erdun.

Khalil Mack was also a two star who grew into a 5-star athletic freak after they got to campus. David Robinson grew from 6'7 swing man at Navy to a 7'0 monster center. All we need to do is coach these guys into a growth spurt and we have some first round picks, yo!
 
We only have five 2-stars and one is the backup kicker. Lets not act like we are a team full of 2 stars. We hear that narrative enough. No need to repeat it ourselves.

For ten years we were unintentionally trying to build a winner with 2-stars, but our best teams were led by 4-star players.
 
Vance Walker was a 2* and we got him drafted.

Shaq Mason was a middling 3* and now starts at OG for the Pats as well as plays FB in short yardage. He just signed a $50M extension.

Conversely, UGA has the only #1 recruit in a class to ever go undrafted.

and they still haven't won a national championship since Herschel's freshman year.
