One of these years, we will get something like the following:

Ohio State - 13-0
Oklahoma - 13-0
Bama - 12-1 (loss in the SECCG)
UGA - 12-1 (wins SECCG)
Clemson (13-0)
ND (11-1) (loses to random)

If ND gets in with this scenario, then the rest of the conferences are gonna be demanding that they be forced into a conference so that they have to play a CG like the rest.

If ND is left out in this scenario, then they will seriously reconsider the value of being in a conference.
