Late June?

Utah gets 500" of snow on average. June is actually one of the best skiing months. Avalanche danger is pretty much gone, temps are comfortable, and north facing steeper ski lines are generally in good condition outside of rockfall.

This was June 29 last year. Things were good until about mid July.
