I saw a tweet from Ken yesterday saying this guy was going to announce yesterday. He signed with UT. I was wondering if anyone knew how close this race was with him. Would have been a solid get.

Seems we had a shot early on, but he had been a lock for TN for a little while. They are pushing recruits hard and have almost a full class already. He has an official visit to GT scheduled, so this is a case where not being able to host visits probably hurt us. He may have waited to make his decision if he were able to take his visits.

Also, small correction. He committed, not signed.

nobody has signed anything. nothing is over. commitments aren't worth the bandwidth they are tweeted on. tennesse will likely have double digit decommits this fall.

Yeah, word is TN is saying, commit now or we are moving on. Once in person recruiting is allowed again, kids will be exploring all their options.

Something like that. Was 19 last I checked but very well could be 22 now.
