Jahaziel Lee in transfer portal

Yes .... Gleason can go if he wants.

I get it. There are 4 QBs on scholly and Chayden Peery is coming in (and looks like a more polished version of Tuck to me). Peery may even push Sims if he is still battling the turmover issue next year. Yates with the free eligibility year may want to stay and get a degree and still have like 2 years to try and start somewhere.

I’ve seen Graham play enough this year to know his future is not at QB.

JD King is the starting running back at Ga. Southern. He played at Fitzgerald, IIRC, as did Graham.
Wonder if he tries to get Graham to the Boro. They're gonna need a QB after this season too. That offense might suit him better too

Wouldn’t be surprised to see Jamious Griffin leave

I kinda would be and would be disappointed.
Collins only signed one RB in the 2020 class - Gibbs - by design, and that's one area where we have plenty of numbers and depth.
Would like to see Griffin worked more into the game plan.

Seriously though... this may speak to cancer in the locker room, which could explain the piss poor effort recently. Not good if a player friendly coach has lost the locker room. Although it could just be some entitled kids mad about not playing right away.

Replay of the B### L#### fiasco, although not race based this time.

He's trying too hard to pacify the CPJ recruits by playing people like #6 (their leader and captain) every single down instead of rolling the dice with his recruits who might be green, but much better athletes.
The result is not good. Losing on the field, still losing the old guys in the locker room and some of the new guys, too.

What would be the upside to this? I would think its enough of a gesture to keep them on the team and stay on scholarship.

Also was B*** L***** known as a good recruiter.

I kind if find it hard to believe CGC would do this to the detriment of how he's perceived, but maybe he is as bad as some of you seem to think.

I don't have enough of a football mind to say how bad we truly are and certainly am not privy to inside info.

Speculating about which guys will or should transfer is not a good look, IMO. If it happens, then so be it, but I don’t think we should be wishing for GT guys to leave and lose the opportunity for a GT degree.
I agree with the first part but that's because I could go without the hen clucking. Someone says they heard some rumors about something and at least this last time around two handles on here bit hoping to get some gossip dished. Felt like I was watching Clueless back in elementary school.

As for the latter, I wish for anyone that does not want to be at Tech to gtfo and do not care if he obtained his degree or not.

I’m not trying to point fingers here, but that’s not the type of situation I’m talking about. I agree that those guys can gtfo.

We are not as bad as it seems. We have major malfunctions on defense, specifically the back 7, and our freshman QB is playing tentatively (speculating) because our option OL aren't consistent enough yet. He is also a freshman, bad mistakes will happen. I expect them to get better as the season progresses, but until they can provide a modicum of confidence for Simms, it won't look pretty every time.

This is what I was thinking. He got sandwiched between Mason and Gibbs, and Dontae has been running well too.
I just don't see that happening. If Mason finishes the season strong, I doubt he is back next year. Gibbs is not an every down back, and Smith's play is similar to Gibbs. Need a guy like Griffin to get the bulk, run between the tackles, and pass pro. You can have also have Gibbs and Griffin on the field at the same time.
