DVD Of The Game?

Sorry if I'm late on this post, or if something similar has been offered elsewhere, but I was out of town for Thanksgiving so we watched the game but I don't have a recording of it -- I'm also DVR-less -- so I was wondering if anyone had a copy of the game that I could buy. I could watch the 3rd quarter after any sh!tty day at work and be all good.

Hey, I had posted in the Game in 720p thread that if I had time this weekend to throw something together I would. It looks like there's definitely enough interest in it to bump it up on my priority for the weekend. So far the following people have expressed interest:

Well somebody out there posted a torrent of the game in HD - commercials edited out. It was a hefty download at around ~4 GB but yes the full game. The downside is the files are .mkv which aren't recognized by basic DVD players.

I converted the video to a format that my dvd authoring software understands but I figured I'd go the extra mile and put in chapters so you can just skip to the beginning of scoring drives. Now, if my dvd authoring software supports it, I also have the mp3 of Wes calling the game - so I will look into putting that on there so you have the choice of which commentary to listen to (like Spanish dubbing on conventional dvds).

As for instructions: if/when I get it mastered this weekend I'll create a post with how to get a copy of it... I hadn't planned on charging for it but I only have but so many DVD-Rs and I'd have to get sleeves to mail them in + postage so it might end up being like $5 or something but I'll post instructions in that post when the time is right:D
 
Oh hell yes!
I had my dinosaur of a radio with me at the game and could only pick up Scott and Sleazy E of the Georgia broadcast, so I missed Wes' call. (The new UGA pbp guy's not bad, compared to the homer fossil who had been calling Bulldogs games for years without letting anyone know what's actually going on in the game).

Tech has been playing football for over a century. I have been watching for about half a century. Given the story of this season, the backdrop of the last few years, the specific opponent and the venue---that just might be the best quarter of football ever played by Georgia Tech. I said before the game, it might be the most enjoyable game most of us have ever watched. Was I right?
 
There may be a DVD image you can download and burn yourself sometime this weekend, as well.
