Back in the Day Tulane wore Unis with both Aqua greenish-blue and powder blue, kinda like us with our Gold & White, they were known for that aqua & powder blue look, maybe an older Fan might remember more or better than me

Never really watched costal carolina until tonight. I watched 3 possesions and now want jamey chadwell how ever we can this impresses me.

Ask yourself, if 2 or 3 of his OLs blew their assignments would those plays look the same?

Would you still want him?

Rarely does the hot name from a lower level actually pan out, for every Urban Meyer or Brian Kelly, there are about 5X as many hot names that get to this level and bust.

Be careful what you ask for.

I like to share, because I love my fellow GT Fans, but if you want I can join in:

Oooooh that HC from Coastal Carolina is soooo smart, if only we could get that guy to GT , we will overtake Bama & uga, that guy can really draw up super smart plays that no other HC could ever figure out.

He could be our Charlie Weiss and give us a "decided schematic advantage" (or STTE) over all our opponents.

Remember when Weiss used Tom Brady's excellence as a Player to fleece ND out of tons of guaranteed cash claiming his genius play-calling would lead ND to a National Title?

Didn't Weiss fleece a 2nd School with that same scam about how his genius playcalls would elevate their Program, was it Kansas?

I apologize, that's the first thing that comes to mind when people go Gaga over these lower-level flavor-of-the-month-HCs.

My sophomore and junior years were 1980 and 1981 so what is happening now is NBD to me.

Yeah, if you really want to drive home your point use the old OC from Coastal Carolina. That dude lit up lower level defenses. Once he stepped up in competition, not so much.

Mine were 1993 and 1994, I think I win.

But then, O'Leary happened, and I stuck around until 1999, which made up for it.

You can kinda tell who has been around more than 10-15 years. I appreciate your apathy, however I hate to see our program flounder. I don’t think we’ll ever see another era in football where someone like Fridge will show up on our sidelines, a previous NFL OC that took his team to the Super Bowl. Guys with that pedigree now never leave the NFL to come much around for college teams and have to put up with all the BS.

It's not apathy. Just not gonna get my panties In a wad over a coaching change and back-to-back 3-9 seasons. The attempted mind-reading of recruits and coaches is inane, IMO.
