Here is what I came up with for our FBS games:

Av: Average Rush Defense Yards
GT: Georgia Tech Rush Yards

Team - Av - GT - (GT divided by Av)
BC - 92 - 162 - 1.8
VT - 107 - 278 - 2.6
MSU - 151 - 438 - 2.9
Duk - 152 - 224 - 1.5
Clem - 128 - 207 - 1.6
Virg - 150 - 156 - 1.0
FSU - 133 - 288 - 2.2
UNC - 139 - 326 - 2.3
Mia - 152 - 472 - 3.1
uga - 130 - 409 - 3.1

Looking at those, I think a teams rush defense yards DOES NOT have a clear bearing on how we do against them. Maybe next season when we have learnt the offense, it might be a useful way to gauge how we will do.

X2.67 over our last four.

What does LSU give up per game, in rushing?

Oh, also, your stat would be more meaningfull if you figured the first column without GTs rushing factored in.

105.7

don't let that scare you, as both UGa and Miami were better than that before we played them.(this goes back to your second post in this thread)

Adjusted, we're averaging 3.19 times as many rushing yards as our opponents allow, over our last 4 games, giving an expected rushing total vs LSU of 337 yds.

The NCAA stats include all games until now, so you had to adjust for 13 games for VT,BC,Mia,UNC:
Team - Other - GT - GT/Other
BC - 86.2 - 162.0 - 1.9
VT - 92.8 - 278.0 - 3.0
MSU - 124.9 - 438.0 - 3.5
Duk - 145.5 - 224.0 - 1.5
Clem - 120.8 - 207.0 - 1.7
Virg - 149.5 - 156.0 - 1.0
FSU - 120.1 - 288.0 - 2.4
UNC - 123.4 - 326.0 - 2.6
Mia - 125.3 - 472.0 - 3.8
uga - 104.6 - 409.0 - 3.9
