MD's kicker must be on dope or something. A missed extra point, a stupid kickoff. Once again, the ACC teams looks better but is just playing stupid.

Dumb intereception by Nevada. Wow

And once again the ACC can't play D, I thought we had some better defensive teams than what I have seen so far.
 
In pregame, both Lou and May picked Nevada to win. Why? Because of the ACC bowl record.:mad:

I am not agreeing with this one.

Also....the ONLY reason our #10 team lost to the Big East #4 team was the starting QB for NCState going down with an injury while they were leading. The backup QB's (both of them) were horrific.

WV/UNC could have gone either way...31-30 is about right for a game against WVU.

Miami/Calif could have gone either way...one score separation. California scored 24 pts...averaged 33 pts/game during the season.

Also....there is much football left to be played.

I am disappointed in the W-L...but we have not looked that bad. Maryland is playing without 7 guys they suspended just last night...lets hope they pull it out. They are up 20-14 right now.

FSU obliterated Wisconsin.
Wake took care of Navy....held them to 19.

Well, you could be right, let's see if Maryland can hang on for this one. I am just a bit frustrated that the ACC has lost some very winnable games.
 
If the ACC goes .500 this year that'll be good, IMO, because that'll mean we get 5 wins.

Maryland looks to be in pretty good shape now that the Nevada QB is playing on a peg leg. So call that 50/50 with the NC State game.

The cooler thing is that Nevada is going to fall out of their #1 ypg rushing spot. How many yards did we need to take the #1 spot again?

I don't know what the Butch and staff were thinking at half time but they didn't take advantage of their top offensive threat in Hakeem Nick in what most likely was his last collegiate game. It was as if Hakeem reached some quota at the half and he wasn't allowed any more throws or TDs. He had 217 receiving yards in the game; 181 yards and 3 TDs in the first half. In the second half, 3 throws for 36 yards and no TDs.

Just wondering midatl, but were you watching the game? If so, how did you know notice he's black? If not, how did you decide the kickoff was stupid?

I agree that butch davis did a lot of questionable things in the second half...or his coordinators did and he let them.

I was mostly frustrated with the 3-man rush on 3rd down and more than 10...UNC gave up the first down each time. They did this throughout the year...including the loss against UVA where the 3-man rush failed them.

The only thing the prevent does...is prevent you from winning.

Nicks did disappear.....with the tight tv angles I could not tell if WVU had a safety helping out over Nicks providing the CB with extra help or not.

?? Just wondering how you would miss the MD kicker being black. I mean, he's really dark. I don't think midatl was suggesting he was high because he is black, just don't know how you miss it.

Oh and UNC lost because they turned the ball over TWICE in the last EIGHT MINUTES. Doesn't exactly take a genius to put two and two together there.
