this Sunday, the team with colors much more similar to Georgia Tech will face the team more associated with its old name, its early-era hall of fame coach, and its legendary running back than for its current Edgar Allen Poe character moniker.

while the purple and white Ravens hope to win the one that matters after losing the two previous meetings, the Steelers finally look dangerous on offense with the return to health of former ACC backup at UNC, Willie Parker.

the battle will surely be epic and bloody, and the extra long rest before the Super Bowl will likely be needed to rest the victorious Steelers back to health to face the Whisenhunt-led Cardinals of Phoenix.

Hines Ward's mom is a cool lady that busted her butt to give a young kid a chance to succeed. he has. he is a badass possession receiver with a history of coming through in the clutch and an emotional leader of the best team in the AFC

Both teams will lose.. blood.
But the Ravens will lose the game.
And Allen Koholic will lose his buzz.

I live in Harrisburg, PA. It's like a **** nexus for the three teams in the college retirement league that I can't stand, all of which will be on TV this weekend. I know many Steelers fans. Their colors are black and yellow. Jersey colors are secondary to their allegiances. The Steelers are not a #FFFFFF and #CFB53B team. There is a 50% chance that I will thoroughly hate both teams in the Superbowl this year, with Arizona being the only team I would not root against. At least the Puppy Bowl is on this year.

As for Hewitt, I was in school during the 2004 Final Four run, and as such, I support him whole-heartedly.

my brother lives in Pittsburgh. great fans, great team! i would prefer a matchup with Arizona over a Turnpike Super Bowl, but mostly because Philly dont deserve NOTHING
 
would they even televise that game nationally? or just on local access in PA?

the Turnpike SuperBowl Highway Accident would be a worth game to watch

but the former assitant turned enemy head coach might make for funner story lines than Andy Reid and Donovan McNabb.
 
If I saw a Pittsburgh/Philly Super Bowl, I'd throw up and die.

I hate both of those cities hardcore.
