ugag #13 top disappointment of 2008...

I think this guy didn't really do much research into this, at least as far as the ACC was concerned. Yeah 1 of the 3 preseason ranked teams remained ranked at the end (one that fell out was higher up on this disappointment list) but there were still 3 teams ranked in the postseason. I think by now we know that the whole 3 conference loss thing isn't the **** sticker everyone had previously made it out to be.

Now I wouldn't say the ACC was great this season but I don't think you can label it a disappointment when everyone was saying it was the worst conference beginning the season and at least 4th in the end of it.
 
The ACC wasn't a disappointment this season - it exceeded almost all expectations imo. Sure, individual teams within it were disappointments, but other teams were much better than expected, and as a whole, the conference exceeded expectations.

Exactly. He's an idiot for putting the ACC at #4. How Georgia's not at the top of that list is beyond me.

This is shows again how a few northeast media types can get the ball rolling against the ACC. The hits keep on coming.
