I have no idea what it's like today. Yeah, I would like to think it's all on the up and up. That was not the case when I came along.

RM, I have a buddy who played for AU in the late 70's. He has told me several incidents of $100 handshakes, special use vehicles and other "perks." I just assumed that was business as usual for the era.

Separate tangent, and apologize for this. Can someone, especially you 76t, pm me and tell me what word is bleeped out that ends in "e". Been looking at it this morning and cannot figure it out -- and am one of those o/c guys that is going to obsess about this until I figure it out.

he probably did Shiite without the second "i" and the e didnt get censored but the rest did. note that this is an accepted more british english spelling of the same word
