They don't show UGA as having offered Hill.

All sites tend to fall off on updating offers and other profile items towards the end of the process...everything becomes focused on message board or The Ticker updates because things happen so fast.

Neither Scout or Rivals have the UGA offer in their profile for Stephen Hill...does not matter at all at this point.
