Wake's QB Sam Hartman out indefinitely

Wonder why he decided to seek non-football related medical treatment right before the beginning of football season.
 
He only accounted for 90%+ of their offense. WF will really struggle, this year.

Just being non-football related doesn't mean it's not an acute medical problem. There are dozens of conditions that could have arisen this summer that he would not have been aware of earlier, but which could prevent him from playing football. Too many to even speculate about. Could even be a flare up of a chronic condition that he chooses not to share with the public.
 
This is weird- is it a drug or alcohol situation? Mental health?
 
He had a procedure done yesterday according to reporting. I’m thinking appendix or gallstones or hernia, but who knows

This has the feel of a heart condition discovered during the annual physical or stte.
 
From reading some of the Wake Boards, it appears it may be a blood clotting situation in his left arm. Can't confirm with any reliable source, but this seems to be the consensus of their fans.

That's not good. I honestly pray for his health. I have no ill will towards any young person. I may not like the team, I may not like the school, but it's wrong to take joy at this. Bash me all you guys want...
