Ok that's a joke, but I'm actually surprised he even worked out at pro day.
Another participant was former Tech quarterback Taylor Bennett, who transferred to Louisiana Tech after the 2007 season. Bennett had the benefit of throwing to a pretty decent target — former Tech great Calvin Johnson, now with Detroit.

Although, Reggie Ball made it to the NFL in some capacity. At least he was athletic, though...

Also good to see Adamm Oliver out there giving it another shot.

Why hate on a GT grad trying to play at the next level? Taylor is a great representative of GT. I guarantee you wouldn't say those remarks to his face.
 
Adamm called me right after he got done with his workout. He limited himself since his ACL is only 8 months repaired...but he showed out

285 lbs
33 reps on the bench
4.75-4.80 40 time depending on who clocked it

Your own Atlanta Falcons are interested...I hope he stays here!!!!
 
I don't remember Adamm having an ACL. Hmmm... Anyway, all the best to him. He's a competitive cat. Maybe he could play up North if he can't get on with the NFL.

tore his ACL vs UGA in his last game.

Rehabbed, made a poor decision and worked out for Green Bay only ~6 months after tearing it....re-tore it in agility drills. Been about 8-9 months since his second surgery.

Fortunately ACL's are DE career killers. He can wear a brace while in competition and be ok. When he gets invited to mini-camp it will almost a year....with a brace and the fact mini-s are shells only he should be ok.

Yep, he had two of 'em as a matter of fact, but tore one of 'em. ;)

That's great news 33. I hope he makes it and does some damage for some team. I'd love for it to the the Falcons. I sure wouldn't bet against him.

Ought to be proud of a Tech guy....who actually graduated.

Besides, Tater's a tough guy - he took out Daryl Richard one day at practice.
 
Taylor is a Tech man thru and thru...he wore a Ga Tech shirt under his La Tech jersey all year...

whatever- I rooted for the guy just as much as anyone else, I just don't think he has enough for the the NFL and if he cares what I think then he has other things to worry about...
