Taylor Bennett in the NFL?

Doesm Taylor's 35% pass completion percentage at LA Tech garner NFL interest? Taylor's a nice young man, but give me a break. Its time to prepare yourself for the real world.

Exactly. TB is the kind of kid who will wind up being my boss one day. Football playing days may be coming to an end but give him credit for trying. I wish I could get out there and toss the ball around and make a fool of myself...myself.

He could go grad asst and coaching or grad school and the business world. Good guy. He'll do well.

Best of luck to him.

I tell you what, you certainly can't question Taylor's passion for the game. If this is what he wants to pursue, what is the point of putting him down? He's young, he's got plenty of time to give the NFL a shot.

Best of luck, Taylor.

Doesn't hurt getting some face time with NFL coaches. It might help him if he wants a career in coaching.

I wish Taylor nothing but the best. He gave us his best and transferred when a new offense came in for which he was ill-suited. It lacks class to ridicule him.

According to the playatgatech.com blog, he worked out but did not test...not entirely sure what that means.

i would think that means that he took part in the group drills, and maybe threw some passes to others, but did not run the 40 or do the bench press or do other typical qb specific drills that they test you on with a watch or a count or a percentage

I would never BASH a former TECH player trying to continue his football dream--give 'em HELL Taylor!
