After viewing that distressing video... Here's Rep. Brown's educational background (source wikipedia):

"Born in Jacksonville, Florida, Brown attended Florida A&M University, from which she received a bachelor's in sociology and a master's degree in education[1], and the University of Florida, where she was awarded an educational specialist degree. She received a Communications/Speech degree from Edward Waters College in Jacksonville, and has been on the faculty at the latter two schools and at Florida Community College at Jacksonville."

She actually has a "communications/speech" degree.

I couldn't view the whole video either--and these are the people in Gov. who are ruining our country--clueless legislation (bailouts, etc.)--GOD help us! Bad part is I like the Gators 'cause they WHOOP the nadlickers regularly!:wow:

Just kidding, we live in Georgia. Screw Florida, 60% of the population down there will be dead in 10 years anyway. All it is is a place old people go to die, like a giant hospice.

As someone who seems to be from Florida, how can that statement be surprising? Though I hear Tampa is not as bad as other places. You should see Boca, now that place is ridiculous.

I liked to refer to the St. Pete suburb I hail from as God's waiting room. But I'd move back down to that suburb in a heart beat too. Beaches, sunshine, oranges, cuban food, and a complete lack of snow. Florida is special place.
