Terrance Moore on Tech

I'm surprised he doesn't think the triple option is a form of cheating. After all, not every team can pay a coach over $2 million a year to run it. Or does he only call non-revenue sports cheaters?

I'm glad it is a positive article. But that man has no credibility. He makes Bark Madley look like Furman Bisher in his prime.

yes and yes

But I gotta say, it is nice to see a hometown reporter calling UGA the Great Satan

Terrence Moore writes articles that aren't race-related?

Seriously though, very enjoyable article. Nothing really new, but who doesn't like hearing good stuff about your team?

TM wants something. I wondering if he can't get credentials into practice or something. I think the guys a,,,,,, awwww forget it.

I am wary of any compliment written in that toilet paper--but--it is going to be impossible for even the AJC to ignore what is building at the FLATS! Next season will have them scrambling for new POSITIVE adjectives to describe the JACKETS!

The AJC loved us last season.

I think this guy is a Dawg under cover.

GT Forever:

I don’t have a clue as to what game your talking about, carolina jacket…. The game I went to, LSU completely dominated GT. Sorry, but it could have been 70 - 3. Let’s face it, we played an easy schedule and we lucked out against UGA. We got blown away by a very average LSU team, and if our defense doesn’t get better this year, it will be a long year. Our offense will beat below average teams, but will have problems with above average teams. If our offense doesn’t adapt, or change to something more like a spread offense we will be destroyed by several of our opponents. Time will tell.

Yeah, Georgia guy, we are not yet the top notch program that UGA has become. One day, if CPJ can recruit, we will be competitive. Until then, we will play very sporadic at best. Garner Web was just a game that put a flashlight on the problems we face. We do not have the athletes that UGA has, and we have been behind for a very long time. Hopefully, CPJ can pull some talent that can go to school and play football. I think he will find it very hard, but not impossible to compete with CMR. CPJ’s first year recruiting is not a good indicator, but it takes time. I for one will pull for the Jackets no matter what!

It's Tony Yetman.

Why can't Terrance Moore write?

Two things from Moore's article

1) Based on Dwyer's remarks, two say the offensive players buy into PJ as an offensive mastermind is understating it.

2) It sounds like PJ either made up or altered plays during the course of a game. To use a play in a game that you haven't ever run in practice takes a man with serious intestinal fortitude.

Who is the homo GT forever?!?! When LSU was ever an average team? They were just too stupid to put Lee and Hatch on the bench. Jordan Jefferson will be a household this coming season. And GT was not dominated. It easy to say that when you have 3 turnovers, a ridiculous fake punt on your on 20, terrible communication on the field. So in a nut shell we lost but not dominated.

He didn't make up plays during the game, they would adjust blocking schemes and make sure people knew their assignments based on different defensive formations.

Please. We were dominated. You can make up all kinds of excuses for it, but that's what they are, excuses.

That said, GT forever is probably a dawg. I don't see how we "lucked out" against U[sic]GA...we took their best shot, got down, then rallied and were better than them over the course of the second half. Nothing lucky about that. Not like the refs were helping pull U[sic]GA players away from Burnett as he took it to the house in the first half.

I'm suprised. This is a Terrence Moore article that not once mentions the Braves making a mistake by trading David Justice!!!!:eek5:

Sorry--hope I'm not stepping on toes--BUT--After YEARS of abuse one "kiss" does NOT atone--been reading that rag for many years and they go out of their way at times to dis TECH--and if you read between the lines even the comp articles are sometimes backhanded--sorry the AJC is a pet peeve of mine--can't deny they are UGAG bent!--and ANYBODY who says we LUCKED OUT at UGAG is certainly a DAWG or a FOOL!!

Well if that is the case, we have been "dominated" the last 7 years

Yes, I think it is fair to say that in every game we lost by over 30 points in the last 7 years, we were dominated. I can agree with that.

Every game we only scored a field goal in? Yeah, dominated.
