Positive article in macon.com

Can not wait 'til the 18th to watch the TO in action again--I am juiced up for the Fall! What a diff a year makes! Thanks for the morning "lift".

Nice article; thanks for the link.

As I have mentioned in prior post (and no, do not work for or anything with macon telegraph), macon.com has pretty fair reporting of the Tech sports scene. Coley does a good job -- and for example, Tech's spring practices have been the feature story the last 2 days running. If you do not read macon.com, I highly recommend it. Also, Coley has his own rss feed for those with rss readers.

For example, Dwyer, who spent the 2008 season exclusively at B-back, took a number of snaps at the A-back position Wednesday. Jones is also getting looks at both running back positions, as is junior Lucas Cox and transfer Anthony Allen.

We're trying four different guys at both back positions? Woah. PJ says it's to aid in developing depth.

Ruh row, Dwyer used the 'S' word.
s-word, swagger?

“We don’t want to play against each other anymore. We’re tired of that. We want to play someone else and cheer each other on.”
Lol, they just had their second practice against each other since the last game, Dwyer sure can't wait.

Unfortunately, that's what we said during our 3 week "terrorism layoff" before Clemson beat us in 2001.

Sounds like we are well on our way towards "Navy-like" precision with more lethal talent. Still, the OL has the biggest learning curve, and will be the last component to come around. How the OL progresses will be the limiting reagent on this offense's success.

I prefer this...to +1
