Herzlich has cancer

Not really Tech related, other than the fact that we play them intermittently, but Mark Herzlich has been diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma in his leg.

I am sorry to hear this, as while I hated seeing him play against us, I liked to see him play.

I assume that means he wont play?

Usually Ewings sarcoma requires amputation -- so I do not think he will play, but that is much more of a secondary consideration to me, and I bet to him right now.

Damn, and he probably stayed at BC for his senior year cause his D coordinator became coach...
Was ACC Defensive Player of the Year too....
