I can tell you articles like this drive ugag fans CRAZY! Ugag has been able to take Richt losing b/c he has been the best recruiter in ugag history, but if Richt can't win w/ the best qb and the best rb then he ain't gonna win with less talent.

And when I say win I mean getting to and winning MNC. If ugag loses to UF and us this year (and they will probably be underdogs in both) things may get NASTY in ugagtown.

I'm sorry, but if a journalist, even one as poor as Mark Bradley, decides to start a blog, I would expect something more substantial or intelligent then what he just wrote. He makes a quasi-argument about UGA having a difficult year recruiting, then simply cuts and pastes from another website. I've seen middle schoolers do a better job with a 3 minute current events report for geography class.

I don't think Bradley is an idiot because UGA is struggling. I could say he's failing at his job in the AJC to promote UGA as the greatest school in the history of the universe, but that's another argument. I think Bradley is an idiot because he's a terrible writer, he's a terrible reporter and he didn't really do anything here, except get paid. Thank God I can follow his twitter account as well...

Richt isn't struggling, he (along with his generously donating fans...), but he's not going to have it as easy as he has in the past. With a lot of surrounding teams on the upswing and the mutts appearing to be down from their peak (though still a more than formidable team) he and his staff are going to have to work a bit harder.

Bradley is an IDIOT b/c of his TOTAL BODY of work. If you are asking why I THINK Bradley is an idiot it is b/c I have read NUMEROUS of his articles that lead me to question his professionalism, research, and overall abilities regarding his writing.

There are numerous people on Stingtalk, Hive, and other sports sites that could do a better job than this guy IMO.

I remember when the AJC use to try to make you PAY $$$ for his and those other "sports" writers articles :laugher: That lasted a FEW weeks and after no $$$ they started making it free.

I actually hope the AJC does go under. I believe there is a place for news but you probably need to start with a clean slate. If the AJC went under we might get a decent new outlet in its place.

the problem with most newspapers are they SUCK. if you put a decent product out there people will purchase it
