Your analogy is poor because a brokers' best interest is often at odds with the customer's, while a football coach wants to win just as much as the fans do -- maybe more.

Nothing in life is guaranteed. I might die in a car accident and not even be around to watch the 2009 season. The French might become good soldiers and the British might become good cooks. Tiger Woods may lose his swing, or, hell, GTRules and I might even become good golfers.

But given sufficient evidence, I'm willing to assume a strong correllation between past performance and future results. ith PJ you have a top notch coordinator career followed by twelve years of stomp-down winning by the greatest running-game coach in football. He greatly exceeding expectations, at two different schools and so far at a third. That's a lot of prior evidence, to me.

And the funny thing is, most of my friends and family consider me to have a realistic to pessimistic outlook on life. :hsugh:

What got ya? The blowhard reference? If you had an inkling of how insignificant you are, you would implode. Do us all a favor and revert back to being a full time Georgia Southern or Savannah State fan.:laugher:
