Denzel McCoy talked to him a bit apparently... I love that kid.
 
Didn't someone say on one of the other commit threads that we weren't going to get this guy?

Nice pick up Jackets...man O' man. Is he indeed someone we thought we weren't going to get?
 
These guys are all early offers in a year that we don't have many to give. That speaks volumes about this class, and PJ's ability to get the guys he wants for his system.

Not to take anything away from the kids, but offers are also given out much much earlier than in years past.

True, but I think if you look at our offer sheet, you'll find that we've been very judicious about who we've offered.

They were also convinced on Stephen Hill, and that they would beat us last year, and that you can be a football player at uga and not get arrested. I'll take my chances.
 
Rumor is that Bostic allegedly said that Ayers is going to commit to Tech! I don't know whether this has any weight, but our current commits are hounding him and Williams to death trying to get them to commit to Tech. We got several ambassadors in this class! Ayers is going to U(sic)GA's camp this coming week, so we should find out rather soon where he is going to commit.

Did Ayers come to Tech's camp?
 
Correct TheDude. Bostic has said that about Ayers. Also Morgan Bailey has said that Charles Perkins and Denzel Mccoy were after him non stop and then said those two guys wouldn't stop till they got everyone they wanted at GT. I really want Williams and Ayers to commit.

There will be but for 2011 recruits! It seems like that's how the big boys do it, I see a lot of recruits for the top ranked teams already.
