2026 Recruiting

One of only two ACC programs still without a verbal commitment. Hoping we aren't going to have a down year after such improvement made with last years class. When the upcoming recruiting year is buried in our own comments section...is there a reason for concern? I do know we typically pick up a lot in the summer with the camps going on but just seems a lot of recruits declare earlier in the NIL era. Just looking for any feedback from anyone with better connections on our efforts.

Andre Fuller was GT’s first commit for the ‘25 class. He didn’t commit until March 30, 2025. The class turned out to be pretty good.

Isn't Faulkner's son the QB at North Oconee now?
He committed to Georgia Southern.
I'd be worried Southern was coming after CBF. But they just gave Helton a five-year extension. Much to the consternation of much of the fan base.

I think Faulkner has his sights set higher than that.

Also, Harrison Faulkner is pretty good. He's probably going to get better offers from power 5 schools and might jump.

If I wanted CBF on my coaching staff (HC or otherwise), phase I of my master plan would be to offer his kid a loaded NIL package. Let's see how it plays out.

How many times in your life have you given your Father money you earned?

Let me clarify. Say East Hell State wants CBF as their next HC. First thing I would do as director of recruiting at East Hell St. is offer a scholly and phat NIL package to his kid to get his kid on my roster. The presumption being that East Hell St. now has something no other P5 school that wants CBF has: his son already on the team. Just thinking out loud.

I'm pretty sure that the director of recruiting would be on the staff of the HC they're planning to fire, not part of the AA.
