Tech vs CO already getting attention

In the in-case-you-missed-it department, Colorado has extended Prime's contract thru 2029.

Pretty sure, however, that the Cleveland Browns may fire their entire coaching staff and replace them with the entire coaching staff of Colorado.

If the Browns line up Shedeur at QB vs the Steelers, I hope Tomlin rolls out this defensive play

Here is a snippet of the press release. There was an interesting statement leading of the 2nd paragraph....

They did quadruple their win total in Prime Year 1.
OK, it was from 1 to 4. But each win means more because it's Prime. You know, like the SEC.

I hope PR folks who have to write that stuff have either a bottle of Tums or a bottle of JD on their desk when they're done.

It's not even factually accurate.

McCartney went from 1-10 in 1984 (his 3rd season) to 7-5 and a bowl game in 1985, then a fake natty in 1990.

Hawkins went from 2-10 in 2006 (his first season) to 6-7 with bowl in 2007.

They have had more opportunities for new coaches to improve on spectaularly shitty seasons than we have!

Never let facts get in the way of your narrative.

It says "one of the biggest", not "the biggest".

It's at least closer to accurate than The Clown was.

Does the Clown have a great high school-aged, football-playing son?
But he could be looking at adopting an elite, high-level middle schooler with juice.

Since we opened the big tent to the circus, CBS Sports did this:

I get Taggart and Pruitt being near the top. But a Purdue selection? They hadn't been relevant since they had Drew Brees at QB. Clown's hire is clearly a top five disaster hire.

Doncha wonder in a few years if Prime is on some list like this?

I doubt Prime will ever show up on this list. Glitter and bling notwithstanding, he did win 9 games in his 2nd year.

That is so wild. This is the second time this morning that I've heard the exact same statement regarding Purdue football relevance. What are the odds?
