Wow. It wasn't even just punching a player from the opposing team and more or less charging at heckling fans. He was shoving and swiping at his own teammates that were trying to calm him down and also struggling against a police officer.

If I were Chip Kelly, I'd kick the kid off the team. Who knows when he will go crazy again.

Chris Petersen should also talk to that player of his so that he learns to act like he's won a ball game before.
