09/17 @ Miami (FL)
09/26 North Carolina
10/03 @ Mississippi State
10/10 @ Florida State
10/17 Virginia Tech
10/24 @ Virginia
10/31 @ Vanderbilt
11/07 Wake Forest
11/14 @ Duke
11/28 Georgia

It looks like we have a tough road ahead in the next 5 games. If we can get through the next 5 games with 2 or less losses and no major injuries, I will be more than satisfied. That's a tough stretch of schedule for any team, even SEC teams (jk, like HD said, they are on another level). We have two double whammies in a row (@ Miami, UNC then @ FSU, VT). The good news is that we will know a heck of a lot about our team come mid October.

After the VT game, it looks like we could very well go 5-0 (hopefully). This next stretch is gonna be brutal.

Just imagine if we make it through that stretch 5-0.:eek5:

We'd have 4 VERY winnable games followed by a bye week before UGAg.

I'd be very happy with 4-1. 3-2 and I'm still happy, just not super excited. 2-3 and I'm saddened, 1-4 and it's despair time.

I agree with that too. 5-0, 4-1, or 3-2 is pretty darn good through that stretch.

Prior to the start of the season I took GT's schedule and simply broke it into months. I concluded that a 3-1 September, 3-2 October and 3-0 November would make for a pretty good season.

I would love to get out of September 4-0 because I think October is going to be tough --four road gmes in five weeks. GT has only one off week this season, which is prior to UGA.

Can you imagine going into the Uga game 11-0?! :wow:

It's not so much imagination as it is dreams.:fingersx:

Like Liebs says...we play FAR too many good teams, and the other teams we play are all 'trap' teams that could surprise us.

We have no 'bad games' left on our schedule.
